Grading with Maria

Me: “Hey Maria, what’s up with the pink sky after Tiamo’s wedding scene? It’s brownish?”

Maria: “Simon. This is not a pink movie. This is a blue and orange film”.

It’s been great chilling with Maria Klarlund in Kong Guleröds grading cockpit. Having been stalking all these tech dudes for so many years it’s refreshing to work with a tech girl. Just like in the internet world, the film world is way too male.

Maria’s been teaching me the basics of grading with Davinci’s nodes. The magic of color correction is still one of my favorite parts of the process!
